Body: : Goodmorning and a good afternoon for me, (1:35pm 11/24) : When I signed off last night I started back to finish off season 2 of Eureka did the last 2 episode and began the first 2 episode of season 3, this season only has 8 episode where the other two had 13, it must have gotten cut there is no talk about it on the net O' well. I got in my bunk around 6:30am and slept till we got to hotel around 12:30pm : it was a long ride around 11 hours. : We have a few hours before we go to sound check 5pm, call is at 4:30 to depart hotel and today we will stay and not come back till after the gig back on the bus and overnight I think, that's what we will be doing for the next 7 days, one nighters all in a row, I was thinking of going to take a walk it is cold but not as cold as it was yesterday, I have never been the this country so I guess I should at less take a walk, you know something I am, I will get back to you from the bus, or after my walk. (out for now 1:48pm 11/24) : (back 3:02pm 11/24) : OK just got back from the most loneliest walks though a city that has not seen many people of color and don't trust the ones they see, I have not seen that sense the early 60 in Louisiana and 70 in other US states, did not like that feeling, I do hope that tonight at the gig I will feel better, well I know that if I have my bass in hand then they feel safer. I am going to take some time to shake this feeling, I will get back to you. : : (out for now 1:08pm 11/24) : (back 12:55am 11/25) : The gig, The Ostrava House of Cultureas is a very nice theatre up and down stairs, we filled the down stairs and a few up it was a great turn out for a Monday night, it was just us on the bill we started playing about 8:10pm, to do a 90 minute set we played to 9:50pm, left the stage and went back for the encore that took us to 10pm. : I can again only say that this room a great sounding room and it felt great too, the band was on Sco was playing very well did somethings we had not seen before, and the band was ready for what ever and where ever he wanted to go. : Here's what we played. : one set: : Thats Enough ----- Cleary Vocals : Walk With Me ----- Cleary Vocals : Never Turn Back ------ Porter Vocals : Something Got A Hold On Me ----- Cleary & Porter Vocals : Just A Little While ----- Cleary Vocals (w/Ricky & Porter Vocals) : But I Like The Message ----- Sco Instrumental : I Don't Need No Doctor ----- Cleary Vocals (real nice bass solo) : His Eye is on the Sparrow ----- Cleary Vocals : Motherless Child > ----- Cleary Vocals (did I tell you about the reggae jam on the end well Sco went out) : Angle of Death ----- Cleary Vocals : It's A Big Army ----- All Sing : encore: I Fly Away ----- Cleary Vocals : Very nice gig all was happy even the band, they were having fun, cool, what is this a band, smile. : We have a early bus call in the morning 7am for a 384 km – about 4 hours 12 mins for a car the bus will take 6 hours. I am hopping that the people in the street in Praha, Czech Republic is more friendlier then the people I meet here in the shops today.
